BPExch Lie — Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BPExch Lie ("the Platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the bpexch lie website, mobile application and any services offered through them. These Terms apply to all activities on the platform including sports betting, live casino, bingo, slots and any other games or features made available.

Accessing, browsing or using any part of the bpexch lie platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full. If you are registering an account, ticking the agreement checkbox at registration is a further confirmation of your acceptance. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bpexch lie.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the bpexch lie platform you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bpexch lie is strictly an adult platform and we do not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit or participate in any game or betting activity.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts operated by third parties or accounts opened to act for another person are not permitted.
• You are not registering a duplicate account. Each person may hold only one bpexch lie account at any time.
• You are providing truthful, accurate and current information during registration. This includes your real name, valid contact details and correct date of birth.
• You understand that gaming involves financial risk and you are participating voluntarily and within a budget you have set for yourself.

bpexch lie reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, particularly before processing a withdrawal. If you are unable or unwilling to provide verification when requested, the platform reserves the right to suspend your account or withhold pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3 Your Account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bpexch lie account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone else or allow another person to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team through live chat immediately so the account can be secured.

bpexch lie will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from bpexch lie and requesting your password should be treated as suspicious and reported to our support team.

Your account balance is held in PKR and reflects all confirmed deposits, settled bets, completed game rounds and processed withdrawals. The balance displayed in your account dashboard is the authoritative figure. In the event of a discrepancy, our system records take precedence. If you believe there is an error, contact support as soon as possible with the relevant transaction details.

Accounts that show no login or activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. bpexch lie will attempt to contact you using the details on file before any account status change is made. Reactivation requests can be submitted through live chat support.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the bpexch lie platform are made in PKR. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit cards. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your account within minutes. Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take slightly longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed in the cashier section of your account. There is no platform-side fee charged by bpexch lie for standard deposits. Your mobile wallet provider or bank may charge their own transaction fees on their end, which is outside our control.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not accepted.
• If a deposit is made from a third-party source by mistake, bpexch lie reserves the right to reverse the transaction and hold the associated funds until the matter is resolved.
• All deposit transactions are logged and available in your account transaction history.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate or incorrect deposit amount, you must inform support immediately. Knowingly retaining funds that were deposited in error is a violation of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time through the cashier section of your bpexch lie account. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods linked to your account and registered in your own name. bpexch lie does not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your balance must be settled before a withdrawal of the associated real-money balance can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier section and varies by payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between a few minutes and 24 hours depending on the chosen method and any verification requirements. During periods of high volume, processing may take slightly longer.
• bpexch lie does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. Mobile wallet and bank charges from your provider may apply on their end.
• If identity verification has not yet been completed on your account, bpexch lie may hold a withdrawal request until verification documents are reviewed and approved.

If a withdrawal is declined for any reason, the funds are returned to your account balance and you will receive a notification explaining the reason. Contact support if you need clarification on any declined withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bpexch lie offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP rewards. The specific terms of each promotion — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and maximum withdrawal cap — are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is met.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting bets, slots, live casino and bingo may contribute at different rates. The contribution rate is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One active bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on their bpexch lie account. Opting into a new promotion before clearing an existing one will require the current bonus to be forfeited first.
• Abuse prevention: bpexch lie monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse including matched betting patterns, low-margin arbitrage and coordinated wagering. Accounts where such behaviour is detected may have bonuses voided and winnings reviewed.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated time frame will expire and be removed from your balance automatically.

bpexch lie reserves the right to modify, pause or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform and will apply from the time of announcement onwards, not retroactively to bonuses already claimed.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on bpexch lie covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other markets made available on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time you confirm the bet slip. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed, cancelled or withdrawn by the player except where a specific cash-out option is available and has been activated for that market.
• All bets are subject to the outcome as determined by official sources — for cricket, this typically means the match result as declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser. For PSL specifically, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) result stands.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled and does not resume within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless individual market rules specify otherwise. The platform's decision on void vs settlement is final.
• Live betting odds change in real time. It is the player's responsibility to review the current odds before confirming a live bet. bpexch lie is not responsible for bets placed on odds that changed between the player initiating and confirming the bet where the final confirmation reflects the correct price.
• Maximum stake limits apply to certain markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits exist to manage risk and may vary by event, market type and the player's account history.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — will result in those bets being voided regardless of the outcome. bpexch lie will notify affected players and return stakes to their accounts.

8 Casino & Bingo Rules

The bpexch lie Game Lobby includes live casino tables, slots and bingo rooms. The following general rules apply:

• All casino and bingo game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer procedures. bpexch lie does not influence game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet. By placing a bet you confirm you have reviewed and accepted the bet limits for that game.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during an active casino game round, the round will be completed based on the recorded game state at the point of disconnection. If the game state cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned. bpexch lie is not liable for losses resulting from player-side internet disconnections.
• Bingo tickets purchased for a session are non-refundable once the session has started. If a bingo session is cancelled before it begins, ticket costs will be returned to your account balance in PKR.
• Game histories and round results are stored in your account and are available for review through the transaction and game history section of your profile.

9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bpexch lie platform and will result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings and potentially permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors or display errors to place bets at incorrect odds or gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately.
• Collusion between players — including coordinated betting, chip dumping in poker-style games or sharing information during live casino play — is treated as cheating.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

bpexch lie uses automated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and account behaviour. If your account is flagged for review, normal withdrawal processing may be paused while the review is completed. We aim to complete all reviews promptly and will contact you if additional information is needed.

10 Privacy & Data

bpexch lie collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information for the purposes described in that policy — including account management, transaction processing, identity verification and communications about your account or promotions you have opted into.

All data handling partners are required to maintain standards of data security consistent with those applied by bpexch lie.

11 Responsible Gaming

bpexch lie is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We strongly encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set clear personal limits before starting any session. The following tools are available in your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.

• bpexch lie is not liable for losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, delayed bet settlement or inability to access your account during a specific event.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to manage your account credentials securely, including losses from unauthorised access where the compromise resulted from your own actions.
• In all cases, bpexch lie's maximum liability to any player for any single incident is limited to the amount of the stake or deposit directly involved in that specific incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 Amendments to Terms

bpexch lie may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or phone number on file, or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top.

Continued use of the bpexch lie platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account options.
